Artist Statement

As a multifaceted artist, my overall style drastically differs between media. My fine art style is vivid and detailed, while my graphic work is formal and relies heavily on type, emphasis, and the use of space. The power of association and the hands-on give depth and sentiment to my work. My persistence toward obtaining the unobtainable concept of perfection drives me to harmonize these competing ideals. I always look to make each piece better than my last while still holding true to myself and my techniques.
